As the year draws to a close and we prepare to mark Midwinter and the gradual return of longer and lighter days I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my lovely customers for their continued support. I can confirm that this year's Pomegranete and Snowy Robin Redbreast decorations have been best sellers, closely followed by the new Frosted Holly and Ivy decs - thank you so much for choosing them or any of my work.

During the last few months I have been very fortunate to have exhibited in some really wonderful places - returning to the always magical, medieval, Bishop's Palace in my local City of Wells, magnificant Hestercombe House and Gardens, two beautiful RHS Gardens - Harlow Carr and Rosemoor, and after signing up many moons ago (before the first lockdown) I finally made it across to Compton Marbling to join the fantastic team at Clems, and further afield to some charming country fairs.

There have also been great moments too at our fab and friendly monthly Magpie Market over in Frome - a market of beautiful things; and our occasional foodie artisan market with the dynamic bunch at Field Kitchen and Glove Factory Studios over in Holt has been so well supported and such great fun to be a part of - thanks to all who have been coming along and joining in - please bring back the Horse Box Disco for 2023!

Pop up shops and festive themed showcases have popped up and sparkled very successfully and in some instances at the time of writing are still fizzing along (Hello Workhouse Chapel crew and Present Makers)

To all who have invited me to exhibit my work  I am extremely grateful to have been given the opportunity to take part -  I truly hope my display of Hand Painted Flowers and Seasonal Decorations have provided additional interest, charm, and a little magic to each event; I have so enjoyed putting my stand together and meeting visitors - many of whom have now become firm friends! Likewise the incredible galleries who have continued to stock and sell my work, and who have offered invaluable  support and advice to me throughout the year.

Although the year has not been without it's challenges I am so thankful to be able to make a modest living from doing what I love - designing, making, and travelling mindfully around our beautiful English countryside to exhibit my work. It is a great privelage and without all of you in each of your individual roles as shoppers, organizers, retailers, visitors to my page, I know this would not be possible.

Every year I like to make a charitable donation from my online sales. This year's sales are helping to support The Woodland Trust and DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

I thank each and every one of you and wish you all in whichever way you choose to celebrate or mark the turning of the seasonal wheel a very peaceful and joyful Winter break.

Maggie x
